Database update #44

Released: 05/19/2024

Today we have released a major update. We have added over 8000 new DINERS/AMEX/VISA/MAESTRO records
and updated about 25000 existing records with country, bank, card type and card category information.
We have also added about 800K 8 and 9- digit Visa and MasterCard records to enhance the data accuracy.
